Only Ancient Sicilian Grains
For the production of Minardo pasta we only use ancient Sicilian grains, from organic farming, and mineral water.
Respect for the environment
With our work we encourage the biodiversity environmental andnatural agriculture without the use of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides.
Artisan production
We practice the stone milling or cylinders. Our pasta is bronze drawn ed slowly dried at low temperatures, from 24 to 72 hours.
Healthy nutrition
We make a pasta a highly digestible due to the quality of the gluten present in the ancient varieties, rich in Vitamin E (contained in wheat germ) and particularly tasty for the raw materials used and the the artisanal processing.
