For the production of Minardo pasta we only use ancient Sicilian grains, from organic farming, and mineral water.

With our work we encourage the biodiversity environmental andnatural agriculture without the use of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides.
Artisan production
We practice the stone milling or cylinders. Our pasta is bronze drawn ed slowly dried at low temperatures, give her 24 at 72 ore.
Healthy nutrition
We make a pasta ad high digestibility for the quality of the gluten present in the ancient varieties, rich in Vitamin E (contained in wheat germ) and particularly tasty for the raw materials used and the craftsmanship.
