- Cook the pasta in salted water and drain al dente. We advise you to choose a short format like ours penne or gods fusilli.
- Season with oil and spices, we recommend the spicy paprika, but you can choose your favorite.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, spacing the shards well apart and cook for 20 min in the oven a 200 °C o 10 min in air fryer a 200 °C, stirring 2-3 volte, until they become golden and crunchy.
- Place in a container and serve with yours favorite sauces.
