Pasta chips – a quick recipe for a delicious aperitif


Have you ever tried the pasta chips? You do not know what you're missing! Today we suggest you a recipe to prepare them, but as in any recipe, unique goodness can be born from experiments!

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain al dente. We advise you to choose a short format like ours penne or gods fusilli.
  2. Season with oil and spices, we recommend the spicy paprika, but you can choose your favorite.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet, spacing the shards well apart and cook for 20 min in the oven a 200 °C o 10 min in air fryer a 200 °C, stirring 2-3 volte, until they become golden and crunchy.
  4. Place in a container and serve with yours favorite sauces.
